How doctors separate twins joined at the head – BBC News

Safa and Marwa were born joined at the skull, they’ve never been able to see each other’s faces.

There are no official figures for how often this happens, but one estimate says craniopagus conjoined twins are born once in every 2.5 million births.

Most do not live longer than a day.

To separate them required multiple surgeries, months of hard work and the expertise of hundreds of hospital workers.

The BBC was given exclusive access to Great Ormond Street as surgeons worked to separate the two girls.

  1. While it is true that “as it`s said,” America`s The Best Country in the world, it is also true that in America, some people live in misery and leftover, while others live in luxury and plenty.
In some countries, the average citizen drives Cadillacs while in America, for instance, the average citizen rides a bike, a motorcycle or a raggedy dysfunctional vehicle. Some people share their wealth and like to help others here and there, but this is only an exception to the rules. All around us we continuously notice people with very expensive automobiles who drive by you without looking at you in the face. I believe that to be better than others perhaps, one needs to be as flexible and charitable with others as one possibly can. But to accumulate in masses and neglect the fact that we owe it to ourselves and the philosophical principals that makes a decent human, is as least to me, greed.
God sent us a Savior for us people to follow His ways and His courage; let’s learn and humble ourselves to be a better person; let’s do that…
