On the Greek island of Corfu, Anastasia Miari—one of the Grand Dishes directors—follows her yiayia (granny) as she peels, chops, and cooks a dish perfected by the years and her love of natural ingredients. Living in a tiny white-washed house, Miari’s 80-year-old grandmother is wholly self-sufficient, planting by the moon’s cycle and making her own oil and wine.
