Fernandez discusses the accuracy of flight-attendant scenes in “Bridesmaids” (2011), starring Kristen Wiig; “Crazy Rich Asians” (2018); and “The Flight Attendant” (2020), starring Kaley Cuoco. She comments on the reality of situations with passengers in “Just Married” (2003), “Meet the Parents” (2000), and “Snakes on a Plane” (2006). Fernandez also analyzes the portrayal of the airplane apparatuses in “View from the Top” (2003), “Due Date” (2010), and “The Wedding Singer” (1998).
