Today we’re making BBQ Chicken, Mixed Vegetables and Rice
Chicken: Clean chicken as shown in video. Season lightly on both sides with seasoning salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Place in a baking pan
Chop up 1/2 medium/large onion and 1/2 green pepper into small pieces and place in baking pan with seasoned chicken
Add 1/2 cup of water and bake on 350 degrees for 1hr and 30 minutes
Afterwards, add bbq sauce if you want and place it back in the oven to cook for an additional 15 minutes
Mixed Vegetables: Place a pan over high heat. Add mixed vegetables and a little water. Season lightly with about 1/2 to 1 tsp of seasoning salt, garlic powder and a little pepper
Add 1 tsp of butter and stir. Cook until water steams out
Rice: Place success 10 minute bag rice in a bowl of water and place in the oven to cook for 10 minutes until done
Let dinner be served
