Bolton faces tighter restrictions over highest UK infection rate – BBC News

Tighter restrictions have been introduced in Bolton after it recorded the highest rate of infection in the UK. Restaurants, pubs and cafes there have been told they can only offer takeaways and must close by 10pm. Ministers say the rise across parts of the UK is largely driven by people aged 18 to 30 who are accused of failing to observe social distancing.
