On Friday, thousands of Amazon Prime users said they were locked out of their accounts over the past week with no reason or explanation as to why. According to Business Insider, hundreds of angry customers took it to social media to complain about their accounts, with some going as far as to threaten a class-action lawsuit against Amazon.
